Privacy Policy
GDPR - The Data Protection Regulation applies as law in all EU member states from 25 May 2018 and replaces the Personal Data Act (PUL). The Data Protection Ordinance contains rules on how personal data may be processed.
By submitting your personal information in order to receive information from us or when inquiring about products or services, you agree and agree that Lisa Björk Photography processes your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy.
Cookies
The site uses cookies - small text files that are placed on your computer to, among other things, promote the user experience. Cookies, for example, contain information about visits and are used for technical reasons. Cookies are also used for Google Analytics - an analysis tool for the web. The analysis tool saves anonymised data to be able to evaluate such things as visitor statistics, behavior on different pages, how long the visitors stay on the site, how many are new and returning visitors, etc.
If you do not want to allow the storage of cookies on your computer, you can easily turn off, block and remove stored cookies in your browser settings. Then no cookies will be stored, but this also means that you may not be able to use certain parts of www.lisabjork.se as intended.
Photographs
Information that is processed can consist of the photograph itself, the name of the person being portrayed, or alternatively the company that is the client, as well as contact information such as e-mail address, postal address and telephone number.
Lisa Björk Photography uses local and external hard drives to store photographs and data. Cloud storage is also used as intermediate storage of data. Lisa Björk Photography does not disclose your information to third parties.
The information is stored for the purpose of:
- Be able to provide images if the customer wants additional access to the photographs.
- Create invoices and send invoices via e-mail.
- Publish pictures on the website and social media to show work samples, provided that the customer / person portrayed gives the go-ahead for this.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the agreement entered into at the time of the photo or before it. Personal data is stored for up to 7 years after the invoice has been sent, or the time required by the Accounting Act.
You can request access to the personal data that is registered about you. If they are misleading, incorrect or incomplete, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted.
